Privacy Policy

This app processes all files locally on your device. No data is collected or sent to any server.

No data collection

PDF Den does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information. We have no servers, no accounts and no analytics that identify you.

Your files stay on your device

Every PDF operation — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, unlocking and watermarking — runs entirely offline inside the app. Your files are never uploaded to the internet.

Permissions

The app requests only storage access so it can save the PDFs you create to your device. No other permissions are used.

Advertising

This app shows a banner advertisement on its browsing screens, served by Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob processes limited device data — including your device's advertising identifier — under Google's own privacy policy. Apart from the optional font download described below, this is the only part of the app that communicates over the network.

Your documents are never part of that. Ads are never shown on the editor, scanner or viewer, no ad code can read a file you open, and nothing about your files is sent anywhere.

Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before any ad loads, and you can change that choice any time from Settings → Ad privacy settings. If you decline, the app simply runs without personalised ads.

Optional font downloads

When you edit a PDF whose font doesn't include a character you typed, the editor can download the matching free font (from the Fontsource CDN) — but only when you explicitly tap the download button. That request contains the font's name and nothing else: no document content, no personal data. Downloaded fonts are cached on your device and reused offline.

Children

PDF Den is a general-purpose document utility and is not directed at children. Because the app collects no personal information at all, none is collected from children either.
